Try this 10 minute cardio workout at home

The best way to achieve any exercise goal (especially a cardio goal) is by doing some type of calesthnics workout, which will boost your metabolism and burn fat faster. The good news is that you don't have to train for a marathon to accomplish this. You do need to find a consistent starting point and a 10 minute workout routine is the perfect place to begin.


What you put in that 10 minute workout, what time you do it, where you do it, how fast you do it, what breaks you take and even what you wear while you do it are all important. Workout Routine Exercises

This is very debateable but here are five key exercises that may any 10 minute workout shine. Squats, Donkey Kicks, Pushups, Jumping Jacks and Up Downs. How you rotate these or even when you rotate these is up to the person doing the work.


Workout Routine Time

Ideally before work or even lunch if you can. The longer you wait the harder it gets. If you workout before work, your work day is so much more stress free - trust us.


Workout Routine Location

Any great 10 minute cardio workout should be able to be done from home, gym or even work. The point with these workouts is to get something in quickly. To be frank, if you drive to a gym, you are kind of defeating the purpose as it will most likely take you doube the time to just get to your local gym. In short - do the routine from your home.


Workout Routine Pace

Totally up to the person doing the workout. The video above keeps a pretty tight candance to keep the calories burning but it really just depends on the individual. Remember though, to slow is not doing you much good.


Workout Routine Break

For a 10 minute workout, we suggest only one. If at possible, no breaks. Turn and burn baby!


Workout Routine Attire

That's right, we even cover the clothing. Why? Because when you look good, you feel good. And when you feel good, you exercise good. Save the t-shirt from the Pearl Jam concert in 1998 for something else and get yourself a set of workout clothes. Believe it or not, they will give you confidence.
