The time has come my friends! As 2022 begins, we all most rejoice that we have survived another odd year. Let's celebrate by cranking out a 15 minute cardio workout that burns the stress, kills the anxiety, cuts the calories and revives the mind.


Honestly, as I get older (46), I have come to find that fitness is harder, time is faster and life is shorter.


What does all that mean? It means you need to enjoy life and you must, I say must, find a way to make fitness part of that joy. I'm not talking about spending hundreds of dollars a month at your local gym. Where by you have to wait in line, wipe down everything, deal with running kids and simply put, waste time.


No, I'm talking about taking one step in the right direction by just doing something that is easy to follow, effective you use and efficient to be done. Actually, I have that very thing and you can access it for free below.
