Perform this 30-minute resistance band workout three times a week.

If you’re ready for a 30 workout that will work your entire body, we have just the workout for you. We incorporate the seven major body parts into the workout which include the biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, legs and abs. Each body part gets its own special attention but we move through the workout at a good pace.

Resistance band workouts aren't just for beginners; however, they are certainly a great starter tool for anyone looking to get into fitness for the first time or after a long break. A Fitness Made Easy, we use a variety of different resistance bands to give you an optimal workout. The video down below is one of the very first videos we did where we combined a total body workout into three sections.
